VoiceNet's VoIP Call Waiting allows you to accept incoming calls while you are already on the phone. People are put on hold when you answer the second call.

Switching Between Calls is a Push of a Button

If you are on the phone and someone else calls the VoIP Call Waiting will alert you with a beep tone. If you have a caller id device, your VoIP Caller ID with Name will appear to show who is calling. If you want to take the call, press the flash button or switch hook on your phone to answer the second incoming call. Calls that you do not answer go to your VoIP Enhanced Voicemail.

Don't Want to be Interrupted?

You can disable your VoIP Call Waiting by simply logging into your account and disabling the feature. If you want to cancel the feature for one call simply dial *70 before you dial the number you are trying to reach.
