We noticed many customers were using their cell phones to talk and did a week long survey to see how many were talking internationally. We found that many were using their cell to call internationally, so we set-up a mini call shop. We have a computer on-site that connects to a local "hot spot" where we set the call forwarding. Since the number is local, people call it on their cell phone and have it forwarded to the number they want. Once the call is connected for the customer we erase the number online and it is open for the next person to make a call.
